ART

"I dream of painting and then I paint my dream"
Vincent Van Gogh

The picture above itself express the work of young ones. Children were joyful to play with colours on different shapes and size of papers. It was funtime for them as the different shapes were away from boring rectangular sheets.

ICT

Group I had a Digital Potluck Party today, where each one of them took responsibility of “virtually” cooking some items for a potluck party. All of them used a variety of apps on the iPads to cook a huge amount of food. There were pizzas, ice creams, cakes, cupcakes, colas and what not! In the end, we all played some music and “ate” up all the food. Everyone had a great time sharing food and eating together.

Group II explored a little into story-writing with the help of the Scholastic Story Starters (http://www.scholastic.com/teachers/story-starters/ ). They started off with choosing a genre of their choice and then spinning the wheel. Once the wheel is spun, each one got a unique and interesting story idea. They wrote their stories and presented it in different formats. They also drew illustrations using the mouse pad.

A post card was made by Trisha Gandhi to her nephew.....

Students started by refining their ability to measure accurately, they then approached the task of designing within the context of their approach.
