"A picture is worth a thousand words".
Group I - In ICT, children played around with iPads, as the specialist was trying to get a general idea about their skill levels. Some of them chose to doodle on a scratch drawing tool, as in pictures.
Group II - The children were
introduced to selfies and each one clicked a number of them in different
expressions. As it was
their first day, they created a narrative photo story using their selfies and
gave a voice-over to introduced themselves with a brief description about
themselves.
They used
Sonic Pix on the iPads to create these narratives.

Design & Technology
“ Students developed their ability to communicate future concepts
utilizing a range of drawing techniques including oblique and isometric. The
initial task started with students sketching letters representing their
initials, from 2D line drawings to 3D graphical drawings. The students then
examined a range of objects and disassembled the shapes which they were
composed of, they were then asked to create the transition from letters to
shapes, e.g. from a 2D triangle to a 3D prism.”
